Privacy & cookies

In short

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not store the details you type into the enquiry form. We use Google Analytics only if you agree to it, to understand how the site is used.

The enquiry form

The project enquiry form does not send anything to our servers. When you press "Prepare email", it opens your own email app with a message addressed to Zinnia. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. If you do, we receive it like any other email and use it only to reply to you about your project.

Email and WhatsApp

The "Email Zinnia" and "Chat on WhatsApp" buttons open your email app or WhatsApp. Messages you send that way are handled by those services under their own privacy terms, and we use them only to reply to you.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, what devices they use, and when someone uses a contact button or the enquiry form. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) for this. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

If you decline, Google Analytics cookies are not set. Google may still receive limited, cookieless signals to help measure overall site use, as described in Google's documentation on consent mode.

The site also remembers a few preferences in your browser — your light or dark theme, your cookie choice, and your best score in the 404 page game. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Concept projects

The concept sites shown in our work section are design studies. Some link to real businesses' contact details or websites; those links take you to services we do not control.
