A good website does a few things very well. It explains what you do in seconds, works on every screen, loads quickly, and makes the next step obvious. That is the standard we design and build to.

(01) Services

Everything a website needs, end to end.

Bring us in for the whole project or for the part you need. Every engagement draws on the same four areas of work, so planning, design and engineering stay connected.

We start with what the site has to achieve and who it is for, then shape structure, content and interface around that.

Website strategy and planning · UX and UI design · Landing pages

  • Website strategy and planningGoals, audiences, sitemap, content priorities and a realistic scope.
  • UX and UI designUser flows, wireframes and a visual design system built for real content.
  • Landing pagesFocused pages for launches, campaigns and offers, with one clear action.
  • Logo and brand identity Add-onIf you don’t have a logo or brand yet, we can design one before the website.

Custom sites built from the design up, not bent to fit a template, and tested on the screens your visitors actually use.

Custom website design and development · Responsive, mobile-first implementation · Performance, accessibility and SEO foundations

  • Custom website design and developmentHand-coded HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Next.js and React, or WordPress, whichever suits how you will run the site.
  • Responsive, mobile-first implementationLayouts that hold up from small phones to wide desktops.
  • Performance, accessibility and SEO foundationsFast pages, semantic markup, keyboard support and search-ready structure.

The working parts behind the page: selling online, editing content without a developer, and connecting the tools your business already runs on.

E-commerce websites · CMS and content management setup · Full-stack development and integrations

  • E-commerce websitesShopify or WooCommerce stores, product catalogues, checkout and order flows, with Razorpay or Stripe payments.
  • CMS and content management setupWordPress or a headless CMS, set up so you can change text, images and products without a developer.
  • Full-stack development and integrationsFor example: WhatsApp chat, enquiry forms with email delivery, Google Maps, bookings and calendars, Google Analytics and Search Console, and third-party APIs (one of our sites pulls its projects from Behance).

For sites that already exist: bringing them up to date, and keeping them healthy once they are live.

Website redesign and modernization · Website maintenance and updates · Ongoing support

  • Website redesign and modernizationA fresh design and a sounder codebase, without losing what already works.
  • Website maintenance and updatesEvery launch includes 30 days of free fixes for anything that doesn’t work as agreed, plus small text and image swaps. After that, an optional support plan covers content changes, security updates, fixes and backups.

(02) Selected work

Selected work, built in full.

One live site and four self-initiated concept studies, each designed and built in full. Pick one to see what it needed, what we did and why. Concepts that use a real business as their subject are unofficial redesign studies, not affiliated with or endorsed by that business.

(03) Process

A clear path from brief to launch.

Six stages, each with a defined result you can review before we move on. The size of each stage scales with the project; the order does not.

  1. ResultA shared brief and project plan

Starts with a free 20-minute call. We learn about your business, audience and goals, review what exists today, and agree scope in a written proposal.

  2. ResultStructure and creative direction

Sitemap, content priorities and key user journeys, plus a visual direction to react to early.

  3. ResultApproved designs for every template

Wireframes become full page designs and a reusable system of components. You get three rounds of revisions at each design stage; a round is one consolidated list of your feedback.

  4. ResultA tested, content-ready website

We build the front end, CMS and integrations, and share a private preview link you can click through on your own phone as it grows.

  5. ResultYour site, live and documented

Cross-device and accessibility checks, redirects, metadata and analytics, then go-live. You receive the code, the accounts, a written guide and the design files.

  6. ResultA website that stays healthy

30 days of free fixes after launch: anything that doesn’t work as agreed, plus small text and image swaps. After that, an optional support plan for updates, backups and improvements.

How long it takes

  • Landing pageabout 1 week
  • Website2–4 weeks
  • Online shop4–8 weeks

Typical ranges. They assume content is ready and feedback comes back within 2–3 working days. Your proposal gives a firm timeline.

What we need from you

  • Your domain name (or the name you want)
  • Text and photos, or ask us to create them as an add-on
  • One person who makes decisions and replies to reviews

Reviews and revisions

At each design stage you review the work and get three rounds of revisions. One round is one consolidated list of feedback for that stage, which we apply and send back. Anything beyond that, or a change of scope, is agreed with you before we do it. During development you follow a private preview link, so nothing at launch is a surprise.

After launch

30 days of free fixes: anything that doesn’t work as agreed, plus small swaps of existing text and images. New pages or features are quoted separately. After that, choose an optional support plan or come back when you need us. Hosting can be in your own account or managed by us, whichever you prefer.

(04) Why Zinnia

How we work.

The principles we bring to every project, whatever its size.

Talk to us
  • Design with a reason behind it

Every layout, colour and interaction should help someone understand, decide or act. If it does not, it does not ship.

  • Engineering that holds up

Clean, documented code on well-supported tools, so your site is straightforward to extend, maintain and hand over.

  • Direct, responsive communication

You talk with the people doing the work. Clear updates, honest trade-offs and no surprises at the end.

  • Performance and accessibility from day one

Speed, keyboard access, readable contrast and search basics are part of the build, not a fix after launch.

  • Design and development in one place

No hand-off gap between the people who design your site and the people who build it.

(05) Studio

A small team, one point of contact.

Zinnia is founder-led. Our founder runs your project from the first call to support after launch, and is the person you talk to throughout. Behind them is a small, fixed team, so the people who design your site are the people who build it.

  • Your contact

    Founder & project lead

Scope, planning and every conversation with you, from the first call to launch and after.

  • Product designer

Works out what the site has to do for your visitors and your business, and shapes the journeys.

  • UX/UI designer

Wireframes, page designs and the visual system your site is built from.

  • Motion graphic designer

Animation and motion that guide attention without slowing the page down.

  • Front-end developer

Turns the designs into fast, responsive, accessible pages.

  • Back-end & full-stack developer

CMS, shops, payments, forms and integrations, plus hosting and launch.

Proof you can check

We don’t have client testimonials to show yet, and we won’t pass off quotes from our concept sites as reviews. Here is what you can check for yourself instead.

  • Working sites, not mock-ups. Every project above opens as a real site you can click through on your phone.
  • A free 20-minute call. Ask us anything before you commit to anything.
  • Everything in writing first. Scope, timeline and cost come in a proposal, and work starts only when you approve it.
  • You own it. Code, the accounts set up for your project, and design files are yours at handover.
  • 30 days of free fixes after launch, for anything that doesn’t work as agreed.

(06) Contact

Have a project in mind? Let’s talk.

Tell us a little about what you need. A new site, a redesign, a shop or ongoing help: a short note is enough to start the conversation. There is no cost or commitment until you approve a proposal.

What happens next

  1. A reply within 24 hours, with any questions and a few times to talk.
  2. A free 20-minute call about your goals, content and constraints. No preparation needed.
  3. A written proposal within 1–2 days of the call, with scope, timeline and cost. Nothing starts until you approve it.

The studio works Monday to Saturday, India Standard Time (UTC+5:30).

Project enquiry

“Prepare email” opens your mail app with your details filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send there. No mail app on this device? Use “Send on WhatsApp” instead.
